Overview

The Xpando Gusseted Expandable Poly Bubble Mailer is designed to provide superior protection and added capacity for bulkier shipments. Featuring expandable side gussets and durable bubble cushioning, this mailer allows you to ship larger or irregularly shaped items while maintaining the lightweight efficiency of a bubble mailer.

Constructed with a multi-layer laminated polyethylene exterior, Xpando mailers offer excellent tear, puncture, and moisture resistance to protect products throughout the shipping process. The integrated bubble lining absorbs shock and helps prevent damage during handling and transit.

A convenient self-sealing adhesive closure creates a secure, tamper-evident seal, while the expandable gusset design increases internal volume to accommodate thicker items without the need for a box. The clean white exterior provides a professional presentation for e-commerce and fulfillment shipments.
